Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group

An evidenced-based psychotherapy modality that is meant to assist people with mindfulness, gain emotion management skills, develop a diverse toolbox of coping skills to manage stressors, and develop skills to strengthen relationships with others.

It is a 6-month commitment to the group, giving you the opportunity to improve your skills and be the best version of yourself. The group is being facilitated by Lori Steffen, PLMHP, PLCSW, who has been trained in DBT by the Behavioral Tech Institute.
