About Brooke
Brooke has worked for several agencies across the state and in all levels of care, including residential, partial care, intensive outpatient, and outpatient.
Addiction treatment has been Brooke's passion throughout her career; however, she also enjoys working with adults and adolescents (14+) struggling with anxiety, depression, severe and persistent mental health conditions, and other difficult life circumstances, such as trauma and grief.
Brooke primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused and person-centered techniques in her work with clients.
Brooke is the owner of BPH Counseling LLC.
Hobbies: Facilitating and practicing guided meditation, reading the classics, and marveling at life’s innumerable absurdities.
